Tasman Treehugger is Nathan Davis, working on his own across Nelson, Richmond, Wakefield and Motueka with more than 20 years in trees and horticulture behind him. Fruit trees are the part of the job he cares most about, shaping a tree so it carries its fruit well and at a height you can actually pick from. He also prunes ornamental trees of any size, from a buxus hedge through to a large blue gum, climbing where limbs need reducing or removing to bring back light or a view. Hedges are handled the same way, whether that is a clipped English-style garden or a long boundary run. He is fully insured, and quotes are free after a look at the job on site.
