About
Radiance Coaching is run by Kathy Hemi, a certified hypnotherapist and mindset coach based at 209 Trafalgar Street in the Nelson Mall. Her work centres on the beliefs and patterns sitting underneath a problem rather than the surface behaviour, on the view that willpower and positive thinking tend to run out before the pattern does. Sessions follow a four-stage journey she describes as Awareness, Breakthrough, Integration and Thriving, with hypnotherapy used as one tool inside that coaching work. Kathy came to coaching through her own experience of a single session that shifted how she was thinking, and now works with people who feel stuck in old habits, held back by anxiety, or weighed down by beliefs about their own worth.
