Using clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy and mindfulness coaching, Kathy works beneath the surface of anxiety, burnout, low confidence, smoking, emotional eating, disrupted sleep, overthinking and unwanted behaviours. Kathy’s approach is shaped by her own experience of discovering that meaningful change does not always come from being told what to do. It can begin by changing the deeper patterns behind how we think, feel and respond. That insight now sits at the heart of her work with every client. Every session is tailored to the person in front of her, not built around a rigid or one-size-fits-all programme. Sessions are available in person in central Nelson or online.
