Hypnotherapy Nelson is the clinical hypnotherapy practice of Kathy Hemi, working from central Nelson as a branch of her wider business, Radiance Coaching Nelson. Kathy came to the work after her own mindset shift at 50, when a single session with a coach changed how she was thinking rather than handing her a list of things to do, and she now trains that same approach on other people’s stuck patterns. Sessions draw on clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy and mindfulness coaching, and each one is built around the individual rather than run to a script. She works with people facing anxiety, low self-worth, unwanted habits and disrupted sleep, in person in Nelson or online.
